Terms of Service

Last updated: March 25, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Zagnu application ("Zagnu", "Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you must not use our software or digital wallet tracking services.

Zagnu provides software infrastructure that allows users to manage their digital dollar balances alongside connected payment accounts. We do not act as an exchange, broker, or financial custodian.

2. Digital Dollar Management

Zagnu acts strictly as simple, secure software to manage your digital dollar balance and coordinate tracking with external apps.

  • Users are solely responsible for managing their connected Venmo or Cash App credentials.
  • The application provides tracking and data visibility, but any financial transfers processed from those connected systems are governed by the rules of those third-party networks.
  • Zagnu is not responsible for any account holds, restrictions, or terms adjustments enforced by Venmo, Cash App, or any other third-party payment rail.

3. Web3 & Self-Custody

When utilizing blockchain architecture within Zagnu, you interact with decentralized protocols. You acknowledge that you are the sole custodian of your encrypted keys.

By using advanced features, you accept the responsibilities of a self-custodial wallet model, meaning lost credentials or mnemonic phrases cannot be restored by Zagnu LLC.

4. Acceptable Use

Users must comply with all local regulations when interacting with their tracked funds. You agree that the funds you associate with Zagnu are legally obtained. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend accounts mapping to suspicious application telemetry or violations of third-party payment rails.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Zagnu LLC, its founders, or contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or digital assets resulting from your use of the platform. The platform is provided "as is" and "as available".
